How To Order...

  • Customers may order from our Online Range on this website using the Shopping Basket. Payment may be made by PayPal. Please see Frequently Asked Questions for further information.
  • You may visit our Showroom to view our entire range and place your order.

Save For Later
If you are not ready to order all or some of your items, you may 'save for later'. Simply click on 'save for later' on the product page. Items you have saved for later may be viewed at any time when you log in to your account. You can move saved items to your Shopping Basket, or you can move items from your Shopping Basket and save for later.

Customer log in/register
To save items for later or view your saved items you must be logged in to your account. Please log in if you have previously registered, or enter your details if you are a new customer.

Export
If you are outside of Australia, we can arrange export shipments of bathroom fittings worldwide. Our comprehensive service includes packing, insurance, shipping and door to door delivery. If you are unable to visit our London premises to view and select bathroom products, but have specific requirements, please contact us to discuss your needs.

Online Range
Our website offers a wide selection of our most popular contemporary and traditional bathroom fittings. All of these items may also be viewed at our Showroom.

Our Prices
Bathreno originated as a trade outlet servicing builders and contractors, therefore our retail customers have always enjoyed lower 'trade' prices combined with expansive stock holding, expert staff and professional customer service.

In the new world everyone is very price focused so we've taken to showing the savings by way of a 'regular price' and 'our price'. 'Regular price' is what one would expect to pay for the product if sold at the price recommended by the manufacturer. 'Our price' is what you pay at Bathreno.

Where a product only shows 'our price' this is invariably because the manufacturer is highly protective of their brand and does not want price reductions 'advertised', however 'our price' is always highly competitive.

Buying from Bathreno you are assured of great designs, superior quality, and the best possible prices.

Delivery Charge
When ordering products from our Online Range for delivery in Australia, the delivery charge is dependent on the item(s) in your Shopping Basket and the delivery address. When placing an order you will be asked to enter and select the first letter(s) of the postcode and click on 'calculate'. The delivery charge will be displayed and added to the total cost and you may proceed to checkout.

The delivery charge for larger items such as baths or shower enclosures to certain parts of Australia may require a manual calculation in which case you will be asked online to nominate a convenient time for us to telephone you so that we may advise the delivery charge, take your payment details and complete the transaction.

Customers outside of Australia
may order items from our Online Range using the Shopping Basket. During the online checkout procedure you will be asked to confirm your email address so that we may respond with a Quotation including shipping costs, as our comprehensive service includes packing, insurance, shipping and door to door delivery. Overseas customers in the European Community are invited to supply their EC VAT Registration number if applicable.

Are all your products available to purchase online?
Our most popular ranges are available to purchase online. You can equip an entire bathroom in contemporary or traditional style with infinite design possibilities. If you have a special requirement, for example a ‘bespoke frameless shower enclosure’, please call us on 1300 10 5000 or send an email enquiry from the 'contact us' page.

How do I order online?
From the appropriate range page, select the item you are interested in by clicking on ‘more details’. When you are satisfied that it is the item you require, simply click ‘add to basket’. This will add the item to your Shopping Basket. A summary of the items in your basket (number of items and total price) will appear in the top right hand corner of the site. To review the contents of your basket, click on 'view your shopping basket'. To place your order, click on 'proceed to checkout ' from your Shopping Basket or click on the 'checkout' button in the top right hand corner of the site.
When you proceed to checkout, you will be asked to register either as a returning customer or a new customer. If you are a returning customer, you will be asked to enter your email address and password (your unique customer ID).
Where an item featured on our website is not available to order online, for example a ‘minimal shower door’, please call us on 1300 10 5000 for information on ordering the item.

How do I know you've received my order?
As soon as you place your order a confirmatory email will be sent to the address you have provided. We will check and process your order by the next working day. Despatch is prompt. If in unforeseen circumstances we are out of stock of an item, we will contact you immediately.

Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver to anywhere within Australia. A carriage charge will be calculated and added to your order. If you are outside of Australia, we can arrange export shipments of bathroom fittings worldwide (please see above).

How do I know my order has been despatched?
For items despatched by parcel service, we will send you an email when we despatch your order with details of the consignment. For larger items delivered on our van, we will telephone you when the goods are ready to arrange a convenient delivery time.

Can I see your products before ordering? Do you have any stockists?
All of our products may be viewed at our Islington showroom.

If I want to speak to someone, what are your opening hours?
Our office and showroom are open from 8.30am until 5.00pm Monday-Friday and from 9.30am until 5.00pm on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Do you install?
Bathreno does not install but we will be happy to assist you with your bathroom design, technical information and product compatibility.

Do you offer Bespoke products?
We are able to offer Bespoke products as design solutions for many items where standard products do not fulfil the criteria.  

What is your returns policy?
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with any product that you have purchased from us, you may return it to us, at your expense, within 30 days from the date of despatch, in original packaging and condition, and accompanied by a copy of your order confirmation. Provided that these conditions are met, we will refund the purchase price including the cost of postage. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
